Itinerary Breakdown
Day 1: Arusha – Lake Manyara National Park
- Departure:
- Your adventure begins with a pick-up from your hotel after breakfast, followed by a scenic drive to Lake Manyara National Park.
- Enjoy an en-route lunch before embarking on an afternoon game drive, where you’ll witness the park’s abundant wildlife, including diverse bird species.
Day 2: Lake Manyara National Park – Serengeti National Park
- After breakfast, set off towards the legendary Serengeti National Park, passing through the picturesque highlands of Karatu and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area.
- Upon arrival in the Seronera area, a prime wildlife habitat, enjoy a thrilling afternoon game drive.
Day 3: Full-Day Serengeti Safari
- Spend an entire day exploring the Serengeti, renowned for its incredible wildlife, including lions, cheetahs, elephants, and more.
- Visit the Visitor Centre and explore the Maasai Kopjes, known for lion sightings and large cobras.
Day 4: Serengeti National Park – Ngorongoro Crater
- After an early morning game drive and breakfast, journey to Ngorongoro Conservation Area.
- En route, you may opt to visit Olduvai Gorge, an important archaeological site showcasing early human evolution.
Arrive in Ngorongoro by evening and, if time permits, take a nature walk along the crater rim.
Day 5: Ngorongoro Crater – Arusha
- Descend into the magnificent Ngorongoro Crater for a half-day safari, where you’ll spot a variety of wildlife, including predators.
- Enjoy a picnic lunch before heading back to Arusha, marking the end of an unforgettable safari adventure.
